There are many reasons for kids to become involved in the Martial Arts. We have developed programs based on traditional Martial Arts for kids. The Karate for Kids and Tiger classes are based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The building blocks for our system are monthly themes such as: Self-Esteem, Discipline, Confidence, Respect, Goals and Self-Control. We  offer  several  Karate programs  for both adults  and children,  ranging from basic  Taekwondo , self-defense,  mixed martial arts (MMA), Child Safety,  Leadership, Fitness, life skills  building and more.                                                                              Over  the years, ATA has come to realize that  there are many reasons for studying Taekwondo, and we  have worked  hard to  develop programs that will help realize these goals.  A low Student to Instructor ratio is maintained at all times to ensure that nobody gets lost in the crowd.   This has helped establish AUSTIN ATA MARTIAL ARTS as a leader in the martial arts industry.  We are  dedicated to enhancing the physical capabilities and maximizing the self-defense skills of all our students.      


Graf's ATA Martial Arts Preschool - We offer the Tiny Tigers program for children age three to six. This program teaches children essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, self-confidence, and discipline. This program is also designed to improve motor skills. Children develop the abilities to pay attention and follow directions. Safety is strongly stressed. Each month a different goal is explained and the children are taught how to practice this goal at school and home. Graf's ATA Martial Arts Karate Kids - Properly run martial arts and karate classes help kids build confidence through positive re-inforcement and performing in front of the group. There is no greater pleasure than seeing a shy, withdrawn student arrive at our school, and to witness them as they come out of their shell. Graf's ATA Martial Arts Teens& Adults - Although everyone in the group is taught the same kicks, punches, weapons and forms, they are taught in a manner that will best benefit the individual.
